Rocky Mountain High, Colorado! What a beautiful state. I have to be honest with you all in that I still feel the Alps in Europe are much more majestic and have more scenic villages, but having said that the Rockies are my favorite overall in the US. There is of course Zion, Yosemite, Grand Teton's and a few others that are amazing, but these are National Parks. The Rockies cover a whole State! 58 fourteeners.....meaning 58 mountains that surpass 14,000 feet and many more less than that. Here in are just a fraction of some I have seen and places I visited.
